What is the Therapeutic Tummy Time! ™ Method?

A scientific, evidenced informed program developed to uniquely address the needs of babies in the newborn to pre-crawling stage of life (0-6 months).
The program specifically attunes to baby’s calm and relaxed state, healthy nervous system function, and parental bonding.

Why is tummy time important?

Tummy time is the foundation for your baby learning how to move their body outside of the womb. It helps your baby to learn to use his or her neck, shoulder and arm muscles. Researchers have found consistent tummy time to be associated with improved motor development.
